For the past 30 years, his passion has been building championship programs. His Kansas Wesleyan University teams won back-to-back NSCAA National Championships (1996–97). He was selected NSCAA “National Coach of the Year” in 1996. In 1999, serving as the vice president and head coach of the Kansas Cagerz (United States Basketball League), Hughes led the Cagerz to the Southern Division Championship. And, in 2001, Tom helped guide the Dodge City Legend to the USBL Championship game.

The Keynote Presentation

The keynote program will energize and excite the participants in your conference or meeting using stories, anecdotes, and fact driven research. Tom will drive home the most important points of the topic in such a way that it will stay with your audience long after they leave your meeting.

The Keynote Experience

The Keynote Experience is a high energy program, where participants actively engage each other with low-impact interactive exercises. These activities are designed to help participants get to know one another while learning the key points of the Keynote Experience.

Time: 3-4 Hours

The Workshop

This program will utilize interactive exercises, activities, and group lessons. Designed for group who work together (faculty/staff, office staff, teams).

Time: 4-8 Hours

Selecting a Date

All dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates are confirmed only after a signed contract and deposit are received by Tom Hughes. The deposit is non-refundable.

Fees and Expenses: Please contact Tom Hughes for a Schedule of Speaking Fees. Speaking fees are due and payable 10 days prior to the presentation, and do not include airfare expenses (from Valdosta, GA to nearest city), ground transportation, food or lodging. Expenses are due upon submission of final invoice.
